By accessing or using EventShine's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.
Services
EventShine provides event planning and coordination services. The specific services, scope of work, timeline, and pricing will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided upon consultation.
Booking and Payment
- A signed contract and deposit are required to secure our services
- Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement
- All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
- Final payments are due according to the timeline specified in your contract
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the scope of services and timing. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Generally, cancellations made closer to the event date may result in higher cancellation fees due to the time and resources already invested.
Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your event
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Attend scheduled meetings and consultations
- Make decisions and provide approvals within agreed timeframes
Limitation of Liability
EventShine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EventShine and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Photography and Marketing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, EventShine may photograph events we plan and use these images for portfolio and marketing purposes, ensuring client privacy and discretion are maintained.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
